Feature

1.Optimized physical and chemical properties: It appears as an amber viscous liquid with a slight amine odor, which is easy to identify and use. The viscosity is stable at 3000-3500cPs (40°C), ensuring excellent fluidity and processability, and can be easily mixed with various polyurethane raw materials. The water content is less than 500ppm, which effectively avoids adverse effects on the curing reaction and product performance, ensuring the stability of the formula system.
2. Precise amino equivalent: The amino equivalent is controlled at 575-625, which provides accurate reaction ratio for polyurethane curing, ensures sufficient crosslinking degree of the system, and effectively improves the mechanical properties and durability of the finished product. The high reactivity of amino groups enables rapid curing under appropriate conditions, improving production efficiency.
