Typical Application Methods
Bio-SAH ™ 342Liquid is a liquid polymeric carbodiimide anti-hydrolysis stabilizer, liquid type, easy to add, good compatibility with materials, soluble in water. It is widely used in sole liquid, PBAT, PLA and adhesives.
Application | Methods |
PU synthetic leather slurry | The addition amount is 1.0phr, directly added into the polyol. |
CPU casting | It can be directly added into the prepolymer and stirred evenly; When a casting machine is used for operation, the mixture is directly added into the mixing head by a metering pump after being slightly heated, and the addition amount is 1.0-2.5 phr of the prepolymer. |
Adhesives | The addition amount is about 1.0-2.0phr of the solid content. |
PLA/PBAT | The addition amount is 0.5-2.0phr, can improve the hydrolysis resistance by 3-7 times. |
