Bio-SAH™ 342Liquid is a liquid polymeric carbodiimide anti-hydrolysis stabilizer for hydrolysis-sensitive polymer systems. It is designed for applications where moisture, heat, and terminal carboxyl groups may accelerate degradation and reduce long-term material performance.
Many ester-based materials such as polyurethane, PLA, and PBAT are vulnerable to hydrolysis under humid or high-temperature conditions. Hydrolytic degradation can reduce mechanical strength, durability, and processing stability. Bio-SAH™ 342Liquid helps improve hydrolysis resistance and supports longer service life in demanding environments.
Bio-SAH™ 342Liquid is supplied in liquid form, which makes it easier to add into polyol, prepolymer, adhesive, and related liquid processing systems.
The product shows good compatibility with polyester polyol and most organic solvents, making it suitable for various polyurethane, adhesive, and biodegradable polymer applications.
By reacting with hydrolysis-related active groups, Bio-SAH™ 342Liquid helps slow down the degradation of ester-based materials and supports better retention of mechanical properties.
This product is suitable for a range of applications including PU synthetic leather slurry, CPU casting systems, adhesive systems, and biodegradable polymer formulations such as PLA and PBAT.
