Bio-SAH™ 362 Powder is a high-performance monomeric carbodiimide anti-hydrolysis stabilizer specially developed for polymer systems containing ester and amide groups. Its core component is N,N'-Di(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)carbodiimide (CAS NO.: 2162-74-5), a benchmark representative grade of monomeric carbodiimide anti-hydrolysis agents. With ultra-high purity molecular design and precise terminal carboxyl capture capability, this product provides core functions of efficient anti-hydrolysis protection, mechanical property stabilization and service life extension for various polymer materials. Feature:

  • Ultra-high purity monomeric molecular structure: The main component is high-purity N,N'-Di(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)carbodiimide with a purity of ≥99.5%, no impurity residue. It appears as white or off-white crystalline powder with light color, no pungent odor, and will not affect the appearance and sensory properties of finished products.

  • Excellent thermal stability and reaction activity: Its melting point is stable at 50~53℃, which is suitable for high-temperature processing of various materials, with no decomposition, no volatilization and no yellowing during processing. The high-activity carbodiimide functional groups can accurately capture and block the active terminal carboxyl groups in the polymer system, with high reaction efficiency and strong directivity.
