Typical Application Methods
Bio-SAH ™ MPET 3613 is a monomeric carbodiimide hydrolysis-resistant masterbatch based on PET. It is mainly used in PET resin, which can effectively inhibit the mechanical properties degradation of PET resin due to hydrolysis, acidolysis and processing.

PET industrial rubber filament | The addition of masterbatch at 5%-10% (weight percentage), can effectively improve water boiling resistance. |
PET films | The addition of masterbatch at 2%-5%(weight percentage),can significantly extend its service life. |
PET injection molding | The addition of masterbatch at 8%(weight percentage). |
Product Feature
☆It is a kind of monomeric carbodiimide anti-hydrolysis masterbatch and the basic material is PET;
☆It is mainly used in PET resin, which can effectively inhibit the mechanical properties degradation of PET resin due to hydrolysis, acidolysis and processing;
☆It can seal the active carboxyl end of polyester material, reduce the viscosity drop during processing, and prolong the service life of products under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and humidity;
☆The functional masterbatch is easier to add and more evenly mixed than pure anti-hydrolysis agent.
